


PâtisseribySaiGon believe that cake is like love: interesting, caring and honest.
Since 2022, we have been constantly developing new flavors, designs and pastry experiences to keep our customers guessing. Our creativity is not limited to cakes. We find thoughtful ways to design packaging that you can give as a gift or use as a plate, and other ways to make your life easier. All while using only natural ingredients and absolutely no preservatives.
PâtisseribySaiGon was founded in 2020 by Taho Vo, a Vietnamese hospitality entrepreneur, and Phan Baby, Vietnamese-American Creative Director.
Our executive pastry chef is Ngan Tran, from Four Seasons and Ritz-Calrton. The baking team comes from IECD, a French baking academy. Our executive team is female-led and LGBTQI+ friendly.
